Our innovative Garden Room combines the light and airy feel of a conservatory with a lightweight tiled roof system to create an energy efficient extension that will feel warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and is available in traditional and contemporary style designs. The interior features a vaulted roof and impressive bulkhead, all professiolnally plastered with attractive lighting options. Exterior tile finishes available in four colours along with fascia, soffit and gutter options also complete the desired look.

The majority of other solid roofs available on the market are conservatory roofs that have been adapted and have ongoing problems with inherent leakage and condensation "damp patches" due to poor construction. They do not have the structural integrity of our Garden Roof system which has been designed from scratch and does not suffer from any of these problems.It is, in our opinion, quite simply the best solid roof solution available today.

Our Garden Room roof can be incorporated on new build buildings or as a retro fit onto existing conservatories, subject to the suitability of existing frames.

Building regulations are required for both options which we can organise on your behalf as part of our comprehensive package.
